Terms of Service

These terms cover Christos Mystai Publisher (the "tool"), a private publishing tool operated by CB Global Ventures LLC ("we"). Christos Mystai is a brand of CB Global Ventures LLC.
Who can use it
The tool is for internal use by its operators, Cody Brown and Christiana Calantropo Brown, only. There is no public sign-up, and access is not offered or sold to anyone else.
Connected accounts
Users connect only accounts they own or are authorized to manage, and they are responsible for the content they publish. Each connected platform's own terms continue to apply, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's, TikTok's, LinkedIn's and X's terms.
Acceptable use
The tool must not be used to post spam, to post on behalf of accounts without permission, to collect other people's data, or in any way that breaks a platform's rules or the law.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is, without any warranty. Platforms may change or limit their services at any time, and posts may fail or be delayed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CB Global Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tool.
Ending access
Access to any connected account can be revoked at any time from that platform's settings, or by disconnecting it in the tool. See the Privacy Policy for how data is deleted.
Changes
If these terms change, we update this page and the effective date above.
