Privacy Policy

This policy covers Christos Mystai Publisher (the "tool"), a private publishing tool operated by CB Global Ventures LLC. Christos Mystai is a brand of CB Global Ventures LLC. The tool is used only by Cody Brown and Christiana Calantropo Brown to post to accounts they own or manage. It is not available to the public.
What data the tool accesses
When we connect one of our accounts, the platform shows a consent screen and, once we approve, gives the tool an access token. Using that token the tool may access:
- Basic account information: the account or channel name, profile picture, username and account ID, so we can see which account is connected.
- Content we create: the videos, images and text we choose to publish, and their scheduled times.
- Results for our own posts, such as views, likes and comments counts, where the platform provides them.
The tool does not access private messages, contacts or followers' personal data, and it does not collect data about anyone other than us.
How the data is used
Data is used only to publish and schedule our own posts and to show us how they performed. It is never sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used to train AI models. It is not transferred to anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Where the data is stored
The tool runs on a private server we control. It is reachable only on our private network. Access tokens and post data are stored in that server's database. Media we publish is kept in cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) at an unlisted link, because the platforms fetch it from there when publishing.
Google and YouTube
The tool uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to our own YouTube channels and read basic channel information. By using the tool's YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke the tool's access to your Google account at any time at Google security settings.
Other platforms
The same applies to Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok, LinkedIn and X: the tool only uses the permissions we approved, only for our own accounts, and access can be removed at any time from each platform's settings (connected apps or business integrations).
Keeping and deleting data
We keep data only while an account is connected. When an account is disconnected in the tool, its access token is deleted. Post records and their results are deleted on request or when no longer needed, and in any case within 30 days of a deletion request.
To request deletion of any data the tool holds, including for Meta's data deletion requirements, email cody@christosmystai.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the account concerned. We confirm by email once it is done.
Cookies
These pages set no cookies and use no analytics. The tool itself uses a single login cookie for its two users.
Children
The tool is not directed at children and is used only by its two adult operators.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date above.
